Liaison & Communication

  • Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical departments.
  • Communicate with other management, developers, product managers, and technical support specialists on product issues

Development

  • Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Balance work-in-progress levels, backlog prioritization, and management
  • Track and communicate team progress
  • Maintain process documentation
  • Ensure that support teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility

Technical Support

  • Assist as needed with backlog maintenance
  • Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
  • Assist with prioritization and resolution of support tasks

Management

  • Participate proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify and remove impediments, and prevent distractions
  • Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution
  • Empower the team to self-organize

Yêu cầu công việc

  • College /University Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

Technical skills and experience:

  • Enterprise technology stacks, especially with J2EE  (Must)
  • Agile or Lean Software Development experience such as Kanban, Scrum, Test Driven (Must)
  • Desktop application & web development technologies is Plus
  • Experience to work on different design patterns is Plus
  • PM Role is Plus
  • Software development life cycle and methodology

Soft-skills:

  • Good at English (Must)
  • Leadership ( Must)
  • Problem solving is Plus
  • Communication skills

Minimum Experience:

  • 5 or more years’ experience as a key Java developer on enterprise projects
  • 03 or more years’ experience in leading groups of 10 or more developers
